How to grow in Christ

Live by the word 
As a child of God, the words of God is the criterion we need to guide our lives. We must do according to the way God has instructed us. Once we have given our lives to Jesus Christ, we will not live according to the way we want to live. We must live according to the Word of God. (James 1:22, 2 Corinthians 6:14, Galatians 2:20, Galatians 5:17, Ephesians 2: 3, Ephesians 4, 22) 
James 1; 22 But be the doers of the word, and not listeners only,.Do according to what is written in the word of God. All the messages of God you have heard try to put them into practice.
 Do not let the old flesh reign
 Ephesians 4:
22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; 23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
24 and that you should put on the new man who was created according to God, in righteousness and true holiness.The old man must be put off, who can corrupt and to have a new man that can live forever.Keep renewing your spirit and putting on a new man of justice and holiness.The way we behave, the association we used to keep, the attitudes, the lies and all the old forms of life must go. live a new life in Christ Jesus.
