To the churches like Ephesian church.

Verse 1-6 To the Angel of church in Ephesus
I know your works, your labour, your patience and you can not bear those who are evil and you have preserved and have patience and have Laboured for My Name's sake and have not become weary but I have this against you, you have left your first love. Remember from where you have fallen;repent and do the first works.

Jesus is still warning the churches as He warned the church in Ephesus. Though the church hates sin, and have patience but the First work is missing which is EVANGELISM and soul winning. 

This type of church is very conservative and doesn't want to talk to people falling and perishing day by day

They have no Love which Jesus showed to the sinners

They condemn the sinners which is good but not with Love of winning their souls

They separate themselves from other people and see themselves as holy without any affections or love

No any other people will make it to heaven except them

They forgot the greatest assignment of Love of christ which made Him stoop so low and eat with sinners and through that talk senses into them.

If Jesus was like them He wouldn't have saved Zacchaeus the tax collector (Luke 19 1-10)

Jesus is still calling the church to come back to the first Love of winning souls because devil is also moving very fast to populate his kingdom. 

For your candlestick not to be removed you have to make corrections and propagate the Gospel of Repentance from Sin.
