THE BODY OF JESUS CHRIST AND HIS BLOOD
Jesus explained the importance of His body as the lamb used to make sacrifice for the remission of sin and His body for sacrifice that brings about direct fellowshipping with God and straight access to request from God through Him. He told this to His disciples when He was about to die to confirm what has been written concerning Him.
            Mathew 26:26-28 And as they were eating, Jesus took bread and said,      take eat this is my body 27. Then He took the cup, and gave thanks and           gave it to them saying drink from it all of you 28.For this is my blood of          new covenant, which is shed for many for remission of sins.
It was after the shedding of Jesus blood that burnt offerings and sacrifices for remission of sin stopped. This one and final sacrifice was the only reason you can ask for the forgiveness of sins without the need to slaughter animals on the daily basis to God as it was in the time before His death. This is my blood that is used for the remission of sin of many, he said it Himself
