The corrupt church: Stop the Jezebel in your ministry
THE CORRUPT CHURCH
Rev 2: 19-21
To the Angel of church in Thyatira write ;I know your works, love ,faith and your patience , and as for your works,the last are more than the first. Nevertheless, I have few things against you because you allow that woman ,Jezebel who called herself prophetess to teach and seduce my servants to commit sexual immorality and eat things offered to idols.
Brethren, in continuation with the series of our discussion about the churches and warning from the nucleus of all churches.Let us discuss the churches like Thiatira church that Jesus warned in the above bible verses.
We can see how devil has been planning to counter the works of salvation by polluting the church with his agents. The church today is filled with women like Jezebel who lure the elects to commit sexual immorality either physically or through their minds
What can we say about the female Ushers, chorister and minister who dress in such away to make men to fall victim of committing sexual sin even from their minds in the church. As you are busying preaching against the sexual immorality, devil is busying manipulating the minds of your members through ungodly dresses of important workers in the church.
People tend to learn faster through seeing than any other means. As you are busying concentrating on the audio aspects by preaching tirelessly to win souls, devil is taking the advantage of the neglected visual aspect.
Under the cover of civilization, some church leaders have traded their serious works of faith with devil by allowing non biblical doctrines in the churches and saturate the members with it doesn't matter spirit.
One can hardly distinguish the types of dance and song we see in the church from worldly music. If you fail to stop them they can hinder the progress of your ministry even if you are faithful and patiently waiting for the coming of the Lord.
Stop the Jezebel in your ministry before they stop you. Do not be afraid of loosing members dont mind their positions in the church. Correct them so that they can also be a godly model worthy to praise God.
Hold fast that which you have till I come says the Lord.
